Our Privacy Commitment

Unroll, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is committed to respecting the privacy rights and concerns of all users of the Company website and mobile application where this Privacy Policy is posted (individually and collectively, the “Site”) (we refer to the Site and the services made available through the Site, collectively, as the “Company Features”). As such, we have established and implemented this Privacy Policy to inform users of the Company Features how we use and protect the information we collect through the Site and the Company Features. By visiting the Site or using any of the Company Features, you consent to Company’s collection, use, storage, deletion and disclosure of information provided by you as set forth in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date set forth above and is only applicable to the Site and the Company Features and not to any other website or mobile application that you may be able to access from the Site or the Company Features which state that they have their own data collection and use practices and policies.

What information do we collect about you and how do we use it?

Types of Information We Collect

Personal information means information that can be used to identify and contact you. You do not need to submit personal information to access certain areas of the Site, but if you choose not to disclose certain personal information to us, you will not be able to access certain aspects of the Company Features.

We collect personal information when you create an account through the Company Features, use the Company Features, participate in registration forms or receive customer or technical support. When you provide videos as part of the Company Features, other users may be able to see them, including anonymous visitors to the Website. Please remember this and be thoughtful about what you upload.

To create an account for the Company Features, we require you to provide certain information to create your profile, including your name and email address and creating a username and password. The Company may collect personal information submitted through online registration forms or through communications with the Company. Providing additional information beyond what is required to create an account, such a providing a profile photo, access to your devices “address book” or providing your biography, is entirely optional, but may enable you to gain more from the Company Features.

You may have the option of registering with us through to a third party social networking website (“SNS”), such as Facebook, using your existing account and log-in credentials on such site. When you click on “Connect with us,” or a similar connection on the Company Features, you will be prompted to enter your SNS credentials for the SNS. By proceeding, you are granting us and the Company Features access to your information and you are agreeing to the Facebook or other SNS’s Terms of Use in your use of the Company Features. In this case, we receive information from Facebook or another SNS to make it easier for you to create an Account with us. Any information that we collect from your Facebook or other SNS account may depend on the privacy settings you have with that SNS, so please consult the SNS’s privacy and data practices. You have the option to disable Facebook Connect at any time by logging into your Account or reviewing the appropriate settings from within your account settings on the applicable SNS.Through the Company Features, you may be able to link to technology, software and services owned and controlled by third parties (the “Third Party Features”). You may be permitted or required to submit personal information to access Third Party Features. Such use of Third Party Features and submission of information through Third Party Features will be subject to such applicable third party’s terms of use, terms of service and/or privacy policy. You agree to look solely to the applicable third party and not to the Company to enforce your rights in relation thereto.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We use your personal information to provide the Company Features to you, respond to your requests and send communications to you about new services (which may be offered by the Company or one of its business partners) that may be of interest to you.

The personal information you provide to us will allow us to alert you of new products, services, features, or enhancements handle your customer service questions or issues or request feedback. We may also use your email address as part of the Company Features in sending you messages about the Company Features and other general announcements. Additionally, personal information you make public will be viewable by other users of the Site.

We keep track of your interactions with us, including but not limited to your activity within the Company Features. We may use personal information that you provide to us to send messages to you in response to your request to perform an activity in connection with your use of any of the Company Features. We may also use your personal information to contact you when necessary.

We may also use your personal information to create Anonymous Information records by excluding information that makes the information personally identifiable to you.

Cookies

“Cookies” are small bits of electronic information that a website sends to a visitor’s browser and are stored on the visitor’s hard drive. We employ cookies in certain areas of the Site to allow us to provide information to make your online experience more convenient. While the Company may use cookies to track your visit to the Site, this information does not identify you personally and you remain anonymous, even if you have previously submitted personal information to the Company through the Site or otherwise.

Third parties whose websites are accessible through links on the Site may also use their own cookies when you link to their site or service. The Company does not control these third parties’ use of cookies and cannot guarantee that they will uphold the same privacy standards as the Company. The Company expressly disclaims any and all liability related to the collection, use or disclosure of information by third parties. You should review the privacy policies of any third party sites that you visit through a link from the Site to understand how these third parties use cookies and the information they collect through cookies.

Most cookies are “session cookies” which means that they are automatically deleted at the end of each session. Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, giving you a chance to decide whether or not to accept it. However, you may not be able to use the Company Features if you disable cookies.

We do not currently respond to “do not track” signals from web browsers.

Google Analytics

The Site uses third party tracking services like Google Analytics to help us learn about who visits the Site and what pages are being viewed. These services use Cookies to collect information to help us track user behavior. We use the information we get from these services to improve the Company Features. For example, Google Analytics collects the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit the Company Features, rather than your name or other personally identifying information. We do not combine the information generated through the use of Google Analytics with your personal information. Although Google Analytics plants a persistent Cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit the Company Features, the Cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to the Company Features is restricted by the Google Analytics terms of use and the Google privacy policy.

Log Information

Our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit the Site. This information includes your Internet Protocol address, operating system, mobile network information, your browser type and version, the search engine you used to find the Company Features, if any, which Company Features you use and from where, and when and how long you use them. We use this information to monitor and analyze how users use the Company Features, to provide customer service and to maintain and improve the Company Features.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or allow them to create an account for the Company Features. We take children’s privacy seriously, and encourage parents to play an active role in their children’s online experience at all times.

Will we share your personal information with third parties?

Sharing of Information

Certain personal information uploaded by you through the Company Features for your profile will be viewable by other users of the Company Features pursuant to your account settings, including your videos and trailers. Please be thoughtful about the videos you provide to the Service.

Additional Information You Should Know About Third Parties

The Site may contain direct links to websites operated by our business partners and other third party entities. These third party websites may collect information about you when you visit them or otherwise communicate with them. This Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of third party websites linked to the Site or accessible through the Company Features. Although we encourage such third parties to adopt and follow their own privacy policies, we are not responsible for their collection and use of your personal information. You should refer to the privacy policies and statements of other websites or contact the respective webmasters of those websites to obtain information regarding their information collection, use and disclosure policies.

When you have clicked on a third party logo or URL displayed on our Site or accessible through the Company Features which links you to a different website, our Privacy Policy no longer applies and you must read the privacy policy of the third party to see how your personal information will be handled on their website.

What choices do you have about the collection and use of your personal information?

Control of Your Information

You may update or delete your personal information or modify your account preferences for the Company Features from within your account settings. If you completely delete all of your personal information, then your account may become deactivated, although your profile and any videos associated therewith will remain on the Service unless you have deleted them. We may also retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Please remember, however, if we have already disclosed some of your personal information to third parties (including Short Video Clips, as defined in the Terms of Use) we cannot access that personal information any longer and cannot force the deletion or modification of any such information by the parties to whom we have made those disclosures. Certain information is necessary in order for us to provide the Service; therefore, if you delete such necessary information you may not be able to use the Service. In addition, you may not have the ability to remove certain submitted content, such as communication with other users from the other user’s device, once uploaded through the Company Features.

Opting Out of Receiving Communications from Us

In the event that we send communications to you via email and you no longer want to receive our emails or other announcements, you may opt-out modifying your account settings.  Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from certain correspondence from us that is necessary to administer your account, including messages relating to your account transactions.

Mobile Device.

Certain features of the Company Features require access to your device's media storage applications (e.g., to use a video in your image gallery). Although you may decide whether or not to use these features, on Android devices you grant us permission to access this feature as part of the installation process. If you later decide to revoke this permission, you can do so by following the standard uninstall process and removing the App from your device. Alternatively, on iOS devices, you can grant or revoke your consent at any time and prevent us from continuing to access your image storage applications by changing the settings on your device

This Privacy Policy may change from time to time and we will post all changes on the Site.
